Air Conditioning & Heating

All apartments offer individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning / heating units allowing you to regulate the apartment temperature for your own comfort. The units are controlled with an individual remote control located on the wall adjacent to the apartment entry door.

To Operate

• Press the ON button.
• To select the desired temperature, use the UP and Down arrows.
• Please turn off air conditioning unit when leaving your apartment.
• In the event that you require assistance please contact Reception.

Alarm Clock (Clock Radio)

Alarm clock is located on the bedside table. If you require assistance, please contact Reception. A radio is built into your clock radio.

Coffee and Tea Facilities

Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your kitchen and are replenished daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Should you require replacement stocks please contact Reception.

Computer Connection (Data Ports)

Each apartment offers you a Wi-Fi connection.

Cooktop, Rangehood and Oven

To Operate the Cook Top

• Select the desired setting by turning the knob for the plate you wish to use.
• Please note an isolator switch is located on the wall, please ensure this is switched on prior to use.

To Operate the Range Hood

• Please pull out the sliding hood and select the desired function of the range hood.

To Operate the Oven

• Rotate “K1” to choose the cooking function you require. The related indicator will be illuminated.
• Rotate “K2” to adjust the temperature.
• Press the start button. The corresponding icon for temp “C” will be on.

Dishwasher

A dishwashing powder sachet or a liquid sachet is located in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.

To Operate the Dishwasher

• Load the dishwasher with soiled crockery and cutlery, place the dishwashing powder tablet into the dispenser on the inside of door and close the dishwasher door.
• Turn the dishwasher on and then select the program you wish to run.

Hairdryer

The hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard of each bathroom.

Ironing Facilities

An iron and ironing board are located inside the wardrobe of your apartment.

Microwave Oven

Please do not use metal utensils in the microwave. Place food in a microwave safe dish. Select the time required and power setting, then press “START”. Please note: all crockery provided in your room is microwave safe. Splatter lids are located in all apartments for use.

Television

Your apartment features an LCD television in the living area that has been programmed to receive all New Zealand digital free-to-air channels, as well as many international channels.

You can activate your TV by pressing the ‘Power’ button on your remote control. To select a channel, use the up/down arrows in the center of the remote to move through the channels.

Washer – Dryer

A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in your apartment.

Washing powder is provided in your apartment, additional powder is available from Reception.

To Operate the Washing Machine

• Open the lid and load clothes into the machine drum.
• Place detergent in the machine drum with clothes.
• Press the on/off button.
• Using the program selection knob, choose the appropriate cycle for your laundry.
• Press the start/pause button to start the program.

To Operate the Dryer

• Load clothes into dryer and close the door firmly.
• Select the required temperature and time by turning the dial clockwise.
• Push the start/pause button on the condenser dryer.
